Simply stunning {Kansas high school senior photographer}
It’s 1 a.m. and I promised myself I wouldn’t go to bed without posting this peek from my most recent high school senior photography session. I know she’s dying to see them. I simply don’t have one singular favorite … there are too many to choose from and so many more where these came from. So this peek is long, but so worth the wait.
If I were going to write a long story to go with this post, it would say something about her reminding me of the classic beauties from another era, especially in the vintage dress and the field of flowers. It would say something about how we had perfect overcast skies the day before our scheduled session and a forecast of bright, sunny skies the day of our session. It would say how much I longed for nice, overcast skies (nature’s perfect filter) the next day and, to my surprise, woke up to a thick layer of fog. It would say something about the abandoned old barn where we shot in the fog and found the most magical light. It would talk about the fact that we had beautiful, open shade everywhere we wanted to shoot that morning and the shots straight out of camera were simply stunning. But it’s 1 a.m. and I know she’ll be way more interested in the pictures than my words. And I need to pack for a welcome weekend away from the computer … bringing my camera just for fun to capture Bella at the State Fair.
