I can’t think of a more fitting title for this sneak peek than that. I found myself fast-forwarding 12 years and thinking “watch out!” to all the parents of young girls in the KC area. These two handsome blonde-blue daredevils are sure to garner even more attention than they already do. We had a great time on Sunday chasing them around and promising a trip to the toy store in exchange for one more quick picture. Hey, when you’re working with two very busy little boys these ages, you do whatever it takes to capture those moments. My favorite quote of the day? When asked to “smile normal,” big brother looked me dead on and said “Goofy is normal” … and proceeded to cheese away. As I was processing several of the images, I laughed right out loud and agreed that he is 100 percent right! We even managed a few with both boys and mom and dad, too. The only thing missing from our “Boys of Summer” session was the water … but we had skiis. Despite being only 4 1/2, big “B” water skis, too. Amazing! Thanks for the fun morning.

I joke that this little guy, despite being just 4 1/2, has the vocabulary and manner of speaking of the kids in the old time movies. He is so incredibly charming and polite with these insightful, deep expressions, I can’t help but think he’s a young little old soul. He brought his stuffed buddy, “Lucky”, to our shoot and, together, they made for so many amazing images. His session was a surprise shoot for mom and dad, compliments of grandma and grandpa. I could have followed him around with my camera all morning! A huge thanks to “Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Kevin” for allowing me this time with such an extraordinary little boy.
